PASTEL DE ELOTE CON RAJAS / CORN CAKE WITH SLICES

 INGREDIENTES:

• 1 kg. de elote desgranando

• 4 cucharadas de azúcar
• 1/2 cdita. de sal
• 1 cda. de Royal
• 1/2 taza de aceite vegetal.
• 2 chiles poblano
• 1 cebolla blanca
• 1 calabacitas
• 1 aguacate
• 1/2 pepino
• 1 limón
• Sal al gusto

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 kg. corn
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• 1/2 tsp. of salt
• 1 tbsp. baking powder
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil.
• 2 poblano peppers
• 1 white onion
• 1 zucchini
• 1 avocado
• 1/2 cucumber
• 1 lemon
• Salt to taste
